3 – Order

4 – Delivery
The plans are in PDF format or another download on the site. Download is possible on the account during 30 days of payment.
5 - Use Rights
All creations LEAD copyright governed by the Code of Intellectual Property.
Products, illustrations, custom creations are sold with personal use of law that prohibits a customer to plagiarism,
alteration, retrieval, transfer, copy or public dissemination other than those provided by the
legislation on property and image rights. In the case of creating tailored according to the scope statement,
photos or drawings sent by the client, unless special cases explicitly mentioned in the quote,
the files of the finalized plan, license, and source files are not transferred to the customer .

6 - Applicable Law
The terms and conditions above sales are governed by French law. Any question or dispute concerning these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the courts to which there is express attribution of jurisdiction.
