00 Where to download the paid files, access the paid pages ?

Go to customer account, enter the email address used for payment, the password. Search in the invoice list for the payment you made. If you have noted the invoice number it is easier. On the link of your invoice number access to the download page of the pdf file or other (allowed 30 days from the date of payment) or access to the paid page depending on the duration of access to the page, via the link of the list of items of the invoice. The edition of the invoice allows its printing on this page.

01 I paid, but I didn't get the email and the bill.

02 I lost my password.

Go to customer account, then the link lost password: enter your email address, you will receive your password by email.

03 I can't download my file from my account, a message tells me "access impossible time exceeded since..." .

The access time for downloading files from the invoice item list is generally 30 days unless otherwise specified. Paid pages are accessible for a period of time specified at the time of purchase, which may be several weeks. In any case the access time is specified at the time of purchase and is done in your customer account.

04 I want to change the password.

Go to your customer account, in the change password form enter your current password and then your new password twice.

05 I want my money back.

Only physical items can be reimbursed (such as a printed manual for example) and not dematerialized items such as files or access to paid pages that can be copied.

06 I want to close my account.

Closing an account prohibits its reopening with the same e-mail address for a period of time determined by law because it contains accounting data. To close an account go to your customer account, then on final closure. The account becomes inaccessible, the data (invoices) are kept for a period of time and then deleted as required by law. In any case the email address of the closed account is definitively prohibited to reopen a later account for security reasons on this site, you will need a new email address to open an account. The account data cannot be sold or disclosed. Closing the site closes all accounts without notice.

07 I want to pay by check or bills.

Only payments by credit card or paypal are possible through this site.

08 I paid for a sail and I get a plan and a manual for making a sail.

Warning: receiving a construction plan of a sail or object, is not the sale of the object itself. This is specified at the time of purchase.

09 I've got the file but I can't read it.

For pdf files, you need to download the free adobe pdf reader application. For files of a different type, make sure you have the application that allows you to open them. The file type is specified at the time of purchase. If your file is altered on your computer, download another one (see question 01, 05) within the time limit. You may not distribute the files or page copies that you have paid for on this site.
